I am using Arvixe Hosting Services from past 2 years. I can say it is best when it comes to “Price”.
Seriosly, I must say Arvixe provides unlimited web space, bandwidth at cheaper rates. In this 2 years, 2-3 times I faces downtimes which was due to server upgradation to provide better performance.
Price:
As cheap as 4$ per month.
It comes with unlimited web space, bandwidth, 1 free domain for lifetime.
You can host upto 6 domains with this plan.
Pros:
Low price.
1 free domain for lifetime.
Host upto 6 domains.
Fast.
Cons:
U.S based call support. You need to call U.S if get stuck anywhere or you can opt support through mail or chat.
Servers physically located in U.S. which makes access bit slower.

I have recently purchased services from Hostgator. The best thing I found about Hostgator is that its combination of both above (Bluehost & Arvixe).
Price:
Its popular plan is “Baby Plan”. It comes with unlimited domain hosting, with unlimited web space and bandwidth.
It normaly costs 385 Rs. per month when you opt for 3 years.
Although it is costly, but you can apply coupons which will make discounts upto 50% which makes it steal deal.
Pros:
Best in class hosting.
Best in class 24×7 customer support.
Servers physically located in India.
Host unlimited domains.
Coupons to make huge discounts.
Cons:
Little costly. But if you find coupon then it doesent matter. Infact it makes it steal deal.
4. Godaddy
I personally use Godaddy when it comes to buy domains. Godaddy provides cheap domains with greater flexibility and facilities. When it comes to hosting services again it is costly when you want to host multiple domains and if you need huge space.
But, it is good for users with minimal requirement.
Yes, trust me it provides webs space, 10 emails per domain for as low as 99Rs per month.
